“Entrust your customers to our experienced attorneys who
are all lifelong residents of Danbury”

Why should that matter?

Because being involved in and knowledgeable of one’s community and real estate
market are traits which clients value and place credibility in.  Trust and credibility
are the lifeblood of the attorney-client relationship.  And when we have credibility,
YOU have credibility, because you honored us and trusted us with your referral.
You can’t have happy clients without that…and by the way, our clients come back!

We’re “High-Tech”…but more important, we’re “Low-Tech”

Sure, we communicate by email, fax, and even internet video-conferencing,
if that’s your desire – that’s the “High-Tech” part….

But the important thing is,
we answer your calls!
We also get the contracts out promptly and stay in touch with the
clients and agent –
that’s the “Low Tech” part!
There is no substitute for an attentive human being on this end of the phone.

That means that when we represent the Seller, we prepare and mail
out contracts promptly, often hand delivering them or via overnight mail.

When we represent the Buyer, that means we call the Buyer and arrange a
meeting as soon as possible…usually within several days.  And we frequently
meet clients in the evening or on a Saturday if necessary.

We're Proactive

If an attorney isn’t in regular touch with the client and their
mortgage lender, things don’t happen in a timely fashion.
Even worse, the wrong things can happen.

Our job is to guide the client through this complicated process and to monitor the
process – not to assume that it’s all going according to plan on its own.

We call the bank or mortgage company and get progress reports and assist
in completing the process whenever possible.  More important, our experience
allows us to often detect and anticipate mortgage underwriting issues
and “cure” them before they become a last-minute closing issue.

One other thing:  We’ll call YOU when we know you can help resolve
any issue…because we know you don’t consider it a favor to be left
out of the loop when a problem is festering.

To sum up, we strive to:

  • Render our services in a timely fashion and never be the cause of delay in a transaction

  • Make our clients comfortable and confident during a stressful event in their lives

  • Represent our clients according to the highest standards of our profession

  • Provide personal service and be accessible at all stages of the transaction

  • Send our clients home happy and intending to come back to us for future services

  • Make you happy you recommended us, knowing your customer will think well of you for

  • doing so
